Clayfields House is a Secure Children's Home providing an intensive service to young people who are vulnerable, at risk to themselves or others, and/or placed in secure accommodation due to offending behaviour or a risk to themselves or from the community. We work with young people between the ages of 10 and 18.
We are looking for someone to join an established and successful domestic team. If you are able to contribute to cleaning, laundry and other services which help to maintain the cleaning and hygiene standards of Clayfields House and can work as part of a team, you may be the person we are looking for.
Some duties will include direct contact with both staff and young people, so your ability to relate well to a range of people will be particularly important. The shift pattern is yet to be confirmed; however, please be aware that the shifts could start at 6am and will be Monday to Friday.
We regret that the design of the building in which this post is located may make it unsuitable for persons with a mobility disability. However, disabled applicants who meet the essential short listing requirements will be guaranteed an interview.
