Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? At Nottinghamshire County Council, we support younger adults with varying degrees of complex needs. We are currently recruiting for a waking Night Care Worker to work in our service in Worksop
As a Care Worker, you will provide compassionate care and support to individuals staying at our services. Your role will involve assisting with personal care, supporting people in making choices about their daily activities, and supporting people through the night.
This is an overnight role with hours of work 22:00 to 07:00 for which a 33% enhancement is paid. Your rota will include some weekend work for which a 50% enhancement is paid
No prior experience is necessary, as we provide mandatory induction training. What matters most are the right values, behaviour, and attitude towards working with people who need our support.
