Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Training and Development Officer to join our Training Academy at the Customer Service Centre. This is a permanent, full-time role based at Oak House, Linby, with hybrid working arrangements to develop and deliver high quality training that supports outstanding customer service and workforce growth.

You will collaborate with the Training and Development Manager to identify learning needs, design strategies and deliver engaging sessions.
