  • Collaborate with people, care provider partners, NHS partners, the voluntary sector and district councils to ensure best value and continuous improvement.
  • Work across our integrated health and care system coordinating teams and resources to achieve sustainability and positive outcomes.
  • Drive co‑production and ‘people‑shaped decisions’ to enhance outcomes and reduce health inequalities.

To Thrive In This Role, You Will Need:

  • A degree‑level qualification in Social Work, Health Care, or equivalent experience.
  • In‑depth knowledge of strategic commissioning principles and adult social care policy.
  • Strong understanding of market shaping, innovation and collaboration.
  • Proven experience in demonstrating impact and best value.
