Work Base: Arnbrook Family Hub (Gedling) / Mansfield Woodhouse Family Hub

Salary: Β£47,181 - Β£52,413 per annum (pro rata)

The Children and Families Department takes a strengths-based approach to working with each other, children, young people and families, and our partner agencies. We call this 'Our Nottinghamshire Approach'.

Join Our Team: We are looking for two passionate and experienced leaders to join our Nottinghamshire Family Hub teams. This is an exciting time to come on board, as we continue to establish Family Hub Networks, roll out the Best Start in Life strategy and develop and embed our 0-19 family support offer.

About The Role:

  • Lead one of our Family Hub teams, supporting and supervising staff (Early Years, Family Support, Community Development and Business Support colleagues).
  • Oversee the delivery of key services including Early Years interventions and family support.
  • Co-ordinate joined up service delivery with local partners to ensure families receive the right help at the right time.
  • Play a key role in the building and strengthening of the Family Hub Network across your locality.

  • 1 x PT Family Hub Network Manager – Gedling – Arnbrook Family Hub, Bestwood Lodge Drive, Arnold, Nottingham NG5 8NE (22.5 hours).
