Work closely with the Director of Public Health & Communities on high‑profile, complex projects shaping your community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to the Corporate Leadership Team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage complex work packages, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to enhance service delivery.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations that effectively communicate key messages.

Qualifications

  • Management or business qualification to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and knowledge of accounting procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
  • Good understanding of performance management and service standards.
