Position: Development Manager (NSCP)
Salary: £47,181 - £52,413 per annum
Type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Hours: 37 per week
Working arrangements: Hybrid, Full Time
Location: Meadow House, Mansfield, NG18 2TB
Responsibilities
- Lead the NSCP response to serious child safeguarding cases and child death review partners’ response to child deaths.
- Gather and analyse information; write rapid review reports.
- Ensure NSCP partners and relevant agencies collaborate to effectively deliver the Local Child Safeguarding Practice Review as per statutory guidance.
- Drive continuous improvement across partner agencies.
- Demonstrate strengths-based leadership and collaborate with a range of stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
- Outstanding organisational and communication skills.
- Significant experience in safeguarding/child protection work.
- Experience of strategic and developmental work.
- Sound knowledge of relevant key legislation and national guidance.
