Work Base: Sherwood Energy Village, Ollerton, NG22 9FF
Salary: £39,152 – £44,075 per annum

We are looking for a Contracts Officer to join our Commissioning and Contracts Team. In this role, you will manage contracts with external providers of Alternative Education and Short Breaks. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing contracts effectively to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Conducting regular contract reviews and quality audits.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive service improvements.
  • Designing services and creating service specifications.
  • Undertaking commissioning activities to meet community needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and managing contracts.
  • A solid understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
  • Knowledge of customer care principles, budget management, commissioning, and procurement.
  • A full, current driving licence.

Additional Information

The post is also available as a secondment opportunity to existing Nottinghamshire County Council employees; line‑manager approval is required prior to application. Appointment is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
