Job Description:

Business Support Administrator (AEM) from Nottinghamshire County Council in Hybrid work in Nottingham, United Kingdom. This role requires a GCSE education and is in the Administration field.

Job Responsibility:

An opportunity has arisen for an administrative colleague with specific records management experience.

This role supports the work of Adoption East Midlands in relation to adoption records, providing information to other local authorities and agencies – as well as supporting adopted adults as they continue their own journeys. This may require investigative skills in order to trace historic records and the role has responsibility for ensuring that security of information is maintained, including the restriction of current records from other internal users.

The role is offered by Nottinghamshire County Council who currently host this service which incorporates work from 4 Local Authorities.

Although the role is primarily based within Trent Bridge House, as Nottinghamshire County Council support hybrid working, there will be opportunity for you to work from home as well as specific office bases which may be closer to your home.
