Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential support within Help, Protection and Care, including the Youth Justice Service, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management: Handling high volumes of data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organising meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
  • Communication: Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks to support team operations.
  • Compliance: Understanding and adhering to GDPR regulations to protect sensitive information.
  • Flexibility: Working in the office at least one day a week and travelling to different locations across the County as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative experience in a busy environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, ideally to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience in data management, including producing reports and ensuring accuracy.
