Your insights will help shape evidence‑based decision‑making across the council, Integrated Care Systems (ICS) and departmental levels.
Key responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Reporting: Develop and deliver reports that support decision‑making at all levels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with BI Partners and Developers to enhance our data warehouse outputs.
- Support: Assist in performance management and statutory collections to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Communication: Present findings to diverse stakeholders in an engaging manner.
What we’re looking for
- Educational background: A minimum of grade C in English and Maths at GCSE and evidence of ongoing professional development in a relevant field.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI and DAX.
- Analytical expertise: Strong background in data analysis and statistical techniques.
- Knowledge of local government: Familiarity with council structures and adult social care responsibilities is advantageous.
