About the role/team: We're looking for reliable, enthusiastic individuals who take pride in delivering great service and creating a welcoming environment for every customer. As part of a diverse and supportive team, you'll play an important role in shaping the customer journey, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and memorable. Working in the Atrium Restaurant at Jubilee Campus, you'll be proactive in maintaining high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness. With a keen eye for detail, you'll help create an environment where customers feel valued and receive a consistently excellent experience. You’ll serve customers, operate tills, support cleaning activities, and assist in dishwash and pot wash areas as required. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you’ll contribute to a positive team culture and support the smooth running of the operation, particularly during busy periods. Food safety is fundamental to everything we do. You will be a key contributor to ensuring all food safety, health and safety, and operational policies are followed, helping us maintain the highest standards for our customers and colleagues.

Available Positions: There is an expectation for candidates to have availability to work any 34 weeks within 52 calendar. An annual working calendar will be provided on commencement of employment which will also include non-working/designated holiday entitlement or holiday periods. Please note some of the working weeks will fall outside of the term dates. More information will be provided on the interview.

  • Post 1: Weekdays - Hours of work 15 hours per week (5 shifts each week, mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends) working between the hours 4.45pm and 7.45pm for 34 weeks of the year. This position will attract a 15% pay uplift allowance for any hours worked over the weekend. Flexibility will be required.
  • Post 2: Weekend - Hours of work 10 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday) working split shifts between the hours 11.00am and 1.30pm and then between 4.30pm to 7.00pm on a permanent fractional contract for 34 weeks. This position will attract a 15% pay uplift allowance for hours worked at the weekend. Flexibility will be required.
