The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

The role will support the NUH GIRFT Programme ensuring compliance with national standards and support the improvement & transformation of services/pathways to best practice guidance.

The main duties of the role will be to support the GIRFT Programme Director & GIRFT Programme Lead to drive NUH's compliance, improvement & transformation to national GIRFT guidance and best practice.

The role will include supporting clinical and managerial colleagues to identify their current state practices and then support them to a future state which drives best practice across specialties and pathways using GIRFT guidance.

The role will also work alongside GIRFT regional and national teams to drive innovation at local, regional and national levels.
