Overview
We are looking for a Practice Development Dietitian (Band 7) to join our established Therapies Practice Development team at NUH. The practice development role is wide and varied, and offers educational and career support to all therapy staff at NUH, alongside other key deliverables as detailed below.

The therapy practice development team supports therapy services to deliver excellent patient care and high quality staff experiences.
The postholder will be responsible for the recruitment of new Band 5s to NUH to provide our services at this level, and then undertake delivery of the Preceptorship programme alongside our Band 5 rotation and the staff employed on this.
Supporting staff to develop in all 4 pillars of practice is a key deliverable for the postholder, offering support in relation to career conversations, performance development and key projects within the service. The post holder directly supervises the Practice Placement Lead Dietitian who leads on practice placement within the service.
