Role Overview This key leadership position supports the AHP Consultant and NRC Director in delivering the NRC Academy, serving as its academic lead. We seek an ambitious and dedicated nurse or AHP responsible for developing systems and policies to support education and training within the NRC Academy, implementing strategic plans aligned with our academic objectives. You will promote best practices, demonstrate high clinical standards as a senior leader, and guide the team on Evidence-Based Practice, ensuring our delivery models incorporate the latest research.
