Responsibilities
You will lead key areas including:
- Data Protection: Data Protection Impact Assessments, Data Sharing/Processing Agreements, and Information Asset Management.
- Data Requests: Subject Access Requests, Freedom of Information Requests, and disclosures.
- Data Breaches: Managing data incidents and breaches concerning the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of information assets.
- Data Security: NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit compliance and regulatory adherence.
