About the role
We’re looking for a creative, organised and digitally-minded person to join our Marketing, Communication & Digital team. This role is all about helping us connect with students in a relevant, engaging and impactful way. You’ll plan and deliver marketing campaigns, create content across multiple channels, and play a key role in growing our digital presence – particularly on platforms like Instagram and TikTok. You’ll also line manage a team of student social media staff, working with them to produce high-quality, student-led content that reflects what’s happening across NTSU. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and organisational side of marketing, and wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Planning and delivering marketing campaigns that promote NTSU activity, services and opportunities
- Creating and overseeing content across social media, email, web and print
- Growing and engaging our digital audiences, particularly on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Managing and supporting a team of student social media assistants, including allocating work and giving feedback
- Keeping our content organised through content calendars, campaign plans and scheduling
- Working with teams across NTSU to turn ideas into clear, engaging communications
- Monitoring performance and using insight to improve what we do
- Supporting major campaigns, events and key moments in the student calendar, including Freshers
