We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute professional to lead our ticketing operations within a vibrant arts and cultural environment. The successful candidate will bring significant experience of ticketing in customer-facing settings, alongside strong analytical skills and a proven ability to maximise income through insight-led decision making.
You will be an inspiring leader with a track record of managing and developing teams, expertise in ticketing systems and CRM Platforms, and skilled in building effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. A sound understanding of data protection and GDPR compliance is essential, as is a commitment to delivering outstanding audience experiences across the arts.
