Customer Experience Assistant – Nottingham Playhouse

Do you love theatre and thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment?
We\’re looking for friendly, motivated Customer Experience Assistants to join our front-of-house team and help deliver outstanding service across our bars, kiosks, and auditorium spaces.

What you\’ll be doing:

  • Welcoming and assisting audiences during performances and events
  • Serving food and drinks at bars and kiosks
  • Supporting accessibility and ensuring a safe, inclusive experience for all visitors
  • Helping maintain presentation standards and smooth venue operations

Contract: Casual, zero-hour
Pay: Β£12.21 per hour
Location: Nottingham Playhouse
