Job Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced Technical Inspectors in performing detailed pest inspections at various residential and commercial properties.
  • Learn to identify different pest species, their habits, and potential entry points.
  • Support the collection of data and samples for analysis.
  • Accurately record inspection findings and assist in preparing reports.
  • Undergo training on pest control methods, safety protocols, and company procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance technical knowledge.

  • Assist with the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.

Job Qualifications

  • RSPH level 2 in pest management, with a desire to achieve either Certified Advanced Technician or RSPH level 3 in pest management and a view to becoming a full‑time field biologist.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and observation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including confined spaces and at heights (with appropriate safety training).
