Nottingham Mencap is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our Supported Living team. You will support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, develop skills, and participate in the community.
The role involves guiding fellow Support Workers and ensuring safe, high-quality service delivery. We operate a 24/7 service with a rolling rota, including early, late, wake nights, weekends and bank holidays.
