Support and Enablement Worker - Befriending
Location: Interview will take place at Clarence Street, successful applicants will support individuals within their family home, in the community through a range of activities tailored to the individual who is requiring the support.
We are looking for caring and supportive people to become an enablement worker in the community.
Weโre interested in people who can work after school, evenings and weekends. Availability through school holidays is a bonus too as many of the people we support are of school age and require support through school breaks.
We need people to support children, young people and adults on a 1-2-1 basis in the community, accessing community services and supporting the person to achieve their specific aims (such as socialising, travel training, healthy living etc).
