About this Role

We are looking for an experienced Careers Lead who is passionate about the outcomes of young women to join our team.

You will be responsible for planning and implement a strategy for developing a careers programme for theNottingham Girls' Academy that meets all eight of the Gatsby benchmarks of goodpractice and prepares young people for the choices and transitions ineducation, training and employment.

The Nottingham Girls' Academy, part of the GreenwoodAcademies Trust (GAT), based on the outskirts of Nottingham, provides 11-19education for over 900 pupils. The academy, led by the Executive Principal,David Tungate, has a clear vision for the future. Through high standards inteaching and pastoral care, they are determined that pupils are able to achievegreat results and leave as confident, compassionate and articulate young women,with the skills to support them through the rest of their lives. Inclusion isat the heart of what we do at Nottingham Girls' Academy and now is a veryexciting time to join our incredible SEND team.
