Contract: Full Time, 16 hours a week (Monday and Tuesday).

Location: The City Ground, Nottingham, NG2 5FJ.

Department: Executive Services.

Reporting to: Executive Services Manager.

About the Role: In this role you will be responsible for managing the reception area, greeting guests, ensuring the signing procedures are adhered to and basic health and safety information is shared with all visitors. You are the first impression that many visitors have of the Club therefore your customer service and attention to detail is key.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them, following the signing in procedure.
  • Answering the telephone, screening calls as required, referring enquiries to the relevant teams.
  • Responding to emails and managing the reception inbox.
  • Ensuring security protocols are always followed.
  • Distributing incoming parcels/post.
  • Keeping the reception area stocked and tidy.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by regularly checking the general tidiness and maintenance of the rooms.
  • Assisting internal departments by acting as the point of contact for any front of house queries and guests.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety at all times.
  • To carry out any other duties reasonably required within the remit of the position.

What are we looking for:

  • Previous experience working front of house and/or an administrative role.
  • Competent in the use of all Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Friendly, approachable and professional.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Demonstration of high quality, accurate and efficient working practices.
  • Excellent communication and tact with persons at all levels (in person/email/telephone).
  • Self-motivated, thorough and the ability to prioritise.
  • Availability outside of contracted days to cover holidays and absence.
