Location: The City Ground, Nottingham, NG2 5FJ
Working Arrangements: On site
Reporting to: Digital and CRM Manager / Data Analyst
Placement Term: 26/27 Season
About the Role: As part of this role you’ll support the digital and data team at the club to help maximise the understanding of our audience, off‑pitch performance and delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. You’ll gain an understanding of our key digital marketing channels and how we report on key commercial insights and KPIs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support fan communication inboxes, including monitoring and responding to general enquiries
- Identify recurring supporter issues and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Assist with publishing and updating email, website, and app content
- Coordinate with internal departments to support weekly newsletters and monthly member communications
- Support the production and distribution of weekly KPI reports across multiple business units
- Analyse campaign performance and recommend optimisations
- Assist with lifecycle marketing initiatives, including automation and retention activities
- Support the setup, delivery, and reporting of surveys (including hospitality feedback)
- Help identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities through data and performance reporting
What are we looking for:
Essential:
- Currently studying Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related degree
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Confidence working with data and digital tools
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Desirable:
- Interest in digital marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
- Basic understanding of email marketing or CMS platforms
- Passion for football and fan engagement
