To administer all academy registrations including trialists and lead on the planning and delivery of the Academy Schoolboys Games Programme.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Operations- Lead on the coordination and organisation of the Academy Schoolboys Games Programme (U9s to U15s), including correspondence with opposition clubs, the Premier League and players/parents ensuring timely submission of any required pre/post match documentation and required actions;
- Lead on the arrangements for schoolboy involvement in domestic Tournaments & Cup Competitions, to include but not limited to, liaising with external providers, travel arrangements, consents & medical information and distributing information to parents;
- Assist the Academy Operations Manager with schoolboy international tournament arrangements; including conducting pre-visits and pre-trip documentation;
- Ensure player eligibility for fixtures and training across all the schoolboys programme;
- Be responsible for PRS (Player Recognition System) compliance across the Academy;
- Act as matchday co‑ordinator for home schoolboy fixtures held both in the week and on weekends, ensuring the smooth running of a matchday, welcoming guests and match officials and overseeing activity on site;
- Liaise with the County FA to ensure coverage of match officials across the Schoolboys Games Programme, act as the main point of contact for match official queries and manage the weekly payment process of match officials;
- Act as super user for FootballiP and support departments with data/information requests from both platforms.
- Ensure compliance and filling of all Domestic & International Academy Trialist & Registration paperwork, liaising internally with colleagues and externally with opposition clubs and governing bodies (The FA/EFL/Premier League) for submission & approval;
- Ensure the completion and submission of all Scholarship paperwork; Academy Full Time Training Model paperwork & Academy Hybrid paperwork;
- Maintain electronic files for all registered academy players & trialists;
- Support the Academy Recruitment team with operational requirements for trialists, to include but not limited to the booking of hotels, transport and the production of itineraries;
- Support with the arrangement of player & staff travel requests;
- Support the arrangement and organisation of Academy wide events, including CPD events, Scouts meetings, player review evening;
- Provide administrative support to the Academy Management team as directed.
You may be asked to undertake additional duties to those above, either on a temporary or permanent basis, which the Club reasonably believes you are capable of carrying out, or for which you will be trained. Relevant professional, ethical and health and safety standards apply. You will be required to maintain flexibility with working hours to meet the demands of the role, working on all match days and across all Club sites including the Stadium, Club offices, Training Ground. Full clean UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
Management of Employees- Manage, motivate and develop employees within the team to ensure that they are able to deliver their responsibilities
- Identify development areas and where appropriate provide mentorship, coaching and agree training plans as appropriate
- Record and manage absence procedures in accordance with company procedures as required, highlighting any concerns that need to be addressed.
- Participate in disciplinary, grievance and performance management processes in accordance with company procedures as required.
