About the Role:
Nottingham Forest Football Club is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Control Room CCTV Operator with strong multitasking skills to oversee and manage critical CCTV systems during matchday operations. The successful candidate will develop a thorough understanding of our systems and processes to ensure smooth event management, collaborating closely with the team to identify and resolve issues promptly while maintaining effective communication.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support Nottingham Forest FC in delivering safe events and high-quality service to all attendees.
- Operate all CCTV equipment and cameras on match days.
- Monitor viewing screens, take remedial or immediate action as necessary, and notify relevant personnel.
- Maintain detailed records, incident logs, management records, and evidential material in accordance with the Club’s CCTV Code of Practice and Procedures Manual.
- Review recorded material for evidential purposes and monitor radio links with staff and external agencies.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with staff and external agencies.
- Follow the CCTV Code of Practice for liaising with police, including making statements and attending court if required.
- Carry out equipment checks and report faults to the Safety Officer.
- Adhere to Data Protection Act (1998) and Human Rights Act (1998), ensuring information security and privacy.
- Maintain the security of the Event Day Control Room and equipment, controlling access to visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Safety Officer.
- Participate in training and development activities for personal and professional growth.
- Operate systems in compliance with Human Rights legislation, Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (2000), and Data Protection principles.
- Represent Nottingham Forest FC professionally at all times.
- Maintain a positive attitude.
