PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for Sessional Coaches to support the delivery of high-quality practical coaching sessions across a variety of Nottingham Forest Foundation programmes, including football.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Support the practical delivery of Foundation programmes.
- Ensure that all delivery is structured and high quality, following the appropriate schemes of work.
- Ensure that all session data is up to date and accurate on the Foundation's monitoring database (Views/Salesforce).
- Ensure that all delivery programmes are fully compliant with the latest safeguarding, health and safety and data protection legislation.
- Be a positive role model and engage people of all ages and abilities in positive activities.
- Develop and maintain effective positive working relationships with stakeholders and partner organisations.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience - Essential
- Ability to use initiative and manage own workload.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to learn.
- Understanding of monitoring, evaluating and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- UEFA C Coaching Certificate or working towards.
- Level 2 Sports/Multi Sports Qualification.
- Association for Physical Education (AfPE) Level 3.
- Understanding the National Curriculum & HE frameworks.
- IT literate – proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Full, clean UK driving license.
