About the Role:

The Museum and Stadium Tour Operator is responsible for delivering engaging and informative tours to a wide range of audiences, including general visitors and private groups such as schools, local clubs, and corporate events. The role also involves contributing to the day‑to‑day upkeep of the museum environment and working collaboratively with the wider team to enhance and develop both the stadium tour and museum experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver stadium tours for groups of up to 25 people, providing an authentic experience of Nottingham Forest and the club’s rich history.
  • Develop ideas that will continuously improve the service and product that we are able to deliver.
  • Act as an ambassador for Nottingham Forest Football Club.
  • At times you may be required to work in ways not connected to your job role to help with projects and events for the benefit of the Club, for example working in the museum on matchdays.

What are we looking for:

  • Exceptional knowledge of the history of Nottingham Forest Football Club.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the wider footballing history and landscape.
  • Experience in a customer service/front‑of‑house role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of inclusive customer experiences and accessibility requirements for guests.
  • Be confident in delivering information to large groups of people in an engaging and enthusiastic way.
  • Communicates well on all levels with varying levels of seniority, from entry level to Board level staff.
  • Works well under pressure and has flexibility to deal with issues out of hours and at short notice.
