What is the role?
As a Casual Education Engagement Deliverer, you will support the delivery of our education programmes, including Premier League Primary Stars, Premier League Inspires and Community Champions. These projects work with children and young people across Southampton, using mentoring, targeted interventions and enrichment activities to inspire learning, improve engagement, and help participants achieve positive outcomes.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll be delivering engaging and inspiring educational sessions within schools across Southampton, helping children and young people develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to engage positively with their education.
- Working as part of our Education team, you’ll use established programme resources and curriculums to deliver mentoring sessions, targeted interventions and enrichment activities through our projects.
- Alongside delivering sessions, you’ll build positive relationships with pupils, support their individual needs and create safe, inclusive environments where they can thrive.
- You’ll also be responsible for recording attendance, collecting monitoring and evaluation data, and supporting the wider team in demonstrating the impact of our programmes.
- Maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding and acting as a positive ambassador for Saints Foundation and Southampton Football Club will be at the heart of everything you do.
- You’ll work closely with our Education Coordinators, attend relevant training and development opportunities, and play an important role in helping us create positive outcomes for young people across our community.
