Overview
Sherwood House is a registered care home operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We provide person-centred care and support to 19 elderly residents in the village of Linby.
Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with personal hygiene and personal care
- Encouraging community engagement and social activities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Moving and handling tasks and risk management duties
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or strong customer service skills
- Experience in a care role is highly desirable
- Understanding of age-related health needs
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Requirements
Friendly, calm, and resilient individual passionate about delivering high-quality care. Must be able to drive and willing to work rota based shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
