Are you a caring person who is enthusiastic about helping others live their best lives? Are you looking for a new opportunity where full training is provided? We have 1 fixed term position available for 12 months (mat cover), and 1 zero hours role available for the right candidates to join our team.
The service provides supported living services for up to 10 individuals in Northampton town. We work alongside people with a variety of needs including learning disabilities, autism, or other physical disabilities. People are encouraged and supported to develop the skills they need for leading a more independent and fulfilling life. Each resident has a person-centred support plan developed with their involvement, focusing on their strengths and encouraging them to change their lives for the better.
As a Support Worker, you will develop, review, and regularly update person-centred support plans, ensuring they accurately reflect each individual's needs, preferences, and outcomes.
