About Our Services & Available Roles
- Learning Disability Support Worker – Highfields Street, Coalville
A brand-new supported living service for young adults with learning disabilities. Highfields Street supports individuals to live safely and independently, with 1:1 care focused on building confidence, daily living skills, and community involvement. - Mental Health Support Worker – City Heights, Loughborough
City Heights is a supported living service that provides long-term support to persons living with a learning disability or a mental health illness. The service enables people to learn independent living skills and develop their confidence and obtain work or voluntary employment. - Mental Health Support Worker – Bridge Street, Shepshed
Bridge Street is a supported living service that provides support to persons living with mental health illness prior to independent living. Enabling people to learn about their mental health, providing therapeutic support in a psychologically informed environment.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver personalised, face-to-face support
- Build daily living skills and confidence
- Write and review risk assessments
- Work closely with families and multi-agency professionals
- Follow procedures and health & safety standards
Shift Patterns
- 7:00am – 2:30pm
- 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- 10:00pm – 7:00am (waking nights)
- Includes weekends and bank holidays.
Highfields Street is not accessible by public transport; access to your own transport is necessary.
