Join our ambitious and friendly sales team at Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA). We believe everyone deserves safe, affordable housing. We are looking for a motivated and organised Property Sales Coordinator to help us deliver an exciting and varied sales programme across the East Midlands. This includes new shared ownership homes, staircasing, statutory and one-off sales.

The Role:
- Responding to customer enquiries and guiding them through the sales process.
- Administering shared ownership applications, staircasing and voluntary/right to acquire sales.
- Managing data entry for properties and buyers across various platforms.
- Liaising with buyers, solicitors, estate agents and internal teams to keep sales on track and answering low level enquiries.
- Providing vital admin support including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and assisting with reports.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours. This role follows a partially agile working model offering a blend of office and home-based work (once fully trained) to support flexibility and work-life balance, with an expectation that 3 days are worked from our Head Office, Clifton Place.
About You:
- Experienced in a customer-facing role and confident communicating over the phone and in person.
- Knowledgeable of the property sales process, including conveyancing and mortgages.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload using their own initiative.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Eager to learn, adaptable to new systems and ready to grow within the role.
- Sales progression experience is desirable but not essential; we will provide full training.
