Our in-house maintenance team offers a wide variety of services including repairs, responsive maintenance, adaptations, bespoke building refurbishments, gas & electrical services, painting and void management. Keeping on top of the maintenance of our vast portfolio of housing is no mean feat, and this is where you come in.
We have an exciting opportunity available to be part of the new in-house responsive repairs service, as a Multi-Skilled Plumber. You will carry out plumbing repairs to occupied properties, basic household repairs to kitchens, bathrooms and general maintenance of our properties as required; ensuring services are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations. The work will include larger repairs, up to full renovation of kitchens and bathrooms and will be predominantly in Leicester/Northampton area.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused, will carry out work to a high quality and will have experience of working for a Social Landlord.
The hours of work are 37 per week, which is usually worked 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 3.30pm Friday, with an hour for lunch except on a Friday.
The successful candidate will be issued with a company vehicle, mobile device and all power tools will be provided.
