This is a part-time role, with working hours scheduled between Monday and Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service. As the role involves outreach work across Nottingham City, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build trusting relationships and deliver strength-based support.
- Create and review tailored support plans and risk assessments.
- Safeguard vulnerable adults and children.
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold health & safety standards.
- Work flexibly on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Be part of a supportive team.
