Are you someone who enjoys building strong partnerships, working with data, and making services better for customers? We're looking for a Services Coordinator to join our Homes and Wellbeing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring services across our communities are delivered to a high standard, working closely with managing agents, external providers, colleagues and customers. This is a Fixed-term role until 31 March 2027. If you thrive on collaboration, problem-solving and making things run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll take the lead on managing partnerships and service delivery across a number of schemes. Day to day, you will:
  • Act as the main point of contact for external support providers and managing agents
  • Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and partners
  • Monitor and manage service level agreements and contracts, ensuring high standards are met
  • Prepare and analyse KPIs, performance data and management reports
  • Work within budgets, monitoring spend and identifying value for money opportunities

Your work will directly influence the quality of services our customers receive every day.

What you'll bring

  • We're looking for someone who can combine strong analytical skills with excellent communication and partnership working:
  • Experience in contract monitoring, KPI development, quality frameworks or management information systems
  • Strong numeracy skills with confidence managing budgets and data
  • Excellent communication skills, with a diplomatic and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to solve problems logically and fairly
  • Confidence working with stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle, unless a disability precludes this.

Working pattern

29.5 hours per week Monday to Friday (office hours working pattern can be agreed)
