Do you have experience leading teams and delivering high-quality support services? If so, we'd love to hear from you. At Branching Out, we provide specialist supported housing and tailored support for young people aged 16-21 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Through safe accommodation, personalised support and opportunities to develop essential life skills, we help young people build confidence, achieve their goals and move successfully into independent living. We're currently recruiting for two Assistant Manager positions, each offering the opportunity to make a real difference while developing your leadership career within a supportive and values-driven organisation. As an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Service Manager to deliver a safe, high-quality service that supports young people to achieve positive outcomes. You'll provide day-to-day leadership to frontline teams, oversee support planning and safeguarding, monitor service quality and compliance, and help ensure young people receive the support they need to thrive.
