About The Role
In this role, you’ll carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance work in both occupied and empty homes across the East Midlands. Tasks can include everyday repairs such as fixing windows, doors and kitchen fittings, as well as more involved work like subfloor replacements and kitchen refits. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high‑quality repairs with a strong focus on customer service and getting the job done right first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a variety of joinery repairs in occupied domestic properties
- Complete all tasks efficiently, safely and to a high standard
- Manage your workload and work independently in a busy environment
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Work in line with all relevant safety procedures and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Joiner (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar multi‑skilled role
- Strong joinery skills, with the ability to carry out basic tasks from other trades
- Experience working in social housing (highly desirable)
- Able to adapt to changing workloads
- Full UK driving licence
