What you'll be doing

- Support and maintain networks, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and end-user devices.
- Work with customer-facing technologies such as CCTV, access control, and assistive tech.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve faults and coordinate site visits.
- Provide updates and excellent service to end users.
- Support the wider Service Desk team when needed.
