As our Communications and Engagement Business Partner, you'll lead the development and delivery of proactive, consistent internal and external communications that protect and enhance our reputation while supporting organisational priorities. Working closely with teams across NCHA, you'll provide expert advice and hands‑on support to plan and deliver high‑quality PR, communications and engagement campaigns that make a real difference.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to teams, shaping effective and creative communication strategies
  • Supporting crisis communications and acting as the second point of contact for media enquiries
  • Telling NCHA's stories to our audiences and managing PR activity
  • Leading the planning and production of key corporate communications and events (newsletters, magazines, conferences and Town Hall calls)
  • Overseeing and improving intranet content through regular audits and performance insights, ensuring strong user engagement
  • Planning and delivering impactful, measurable communication campaigns

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in a communications or public relations role
  • A proven track record of delivering creative, successful campaigns
  • Strong digital content management skills (intranet, newsletters, survey tools)
  • Experience delivering a range of events
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong written, verbal and analytical communication skills
