In return, you'll join an organisation that values its people, supports professional development and gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others every day.

About the Service

ESL Nuthall is a CQC-registered supported living service in Nottingham, providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, dual diagnoses and complex needs. Our aim is to empower people to live as independently as possible, make their own choices and achieve positive outcomes within their local communities.

The service operates across two locations. Our main supported living site near Cinderhill supports up to 15 individuals across several properties within the complex, as well as one outreach customer living nearby. We also operate a single-person satellite service in Hyson Green. Across both services, dedicated staff provide 24-hour support, tailored to each individual's needs, goals and aspirations.

The service is led by a Registered Manager, supported by one Assistant Manager, one Care Co-ordinator, and 3 Senior Support Workers, alongside a skilled team of Support Workers and Care Assistants. Together, they deliver safe, responsive and outcome-focused support while promoting independence, wellbeing and social inclusion.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established service with a strong commitment to quality, continuous improvement and delivering excellent support for the people we serve.

Please note: The service office is located on the first floor and can only be accessed via an external flight of stairs. Alternative meeting arrangements can be made where required.

About the Role

As our Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership, performance and day-to-day management of our supported living services, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred support that meets the needs of the people we serve. You will use customer feedback, performance data and risk management processes to inform decision-making, monitor service effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also contribute to the development of new business opportunities and wider organisational objectives, helping to shape and grow services that make a lasting difference to people's lives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering excellent care and support, developing high-performing teams and championing independence, choice and inclusion. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, can confidently manage performance, budgets and change, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service delivery, we'd love to hear from you.
