We are expanding our Care and Support Repairs Service and have an exciting opportunity for a qualified, experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join our team. If you’re looking for a fast paced, varied role where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Joiner, you’ll carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance works within care and support properties across the East Midlands. Our work covers everything from small domestic repairs—such as fixing windows, doors, and kitchens—through to larger planned tasks, including subfloor replacements and kitchen refits. You’ll be part of a specialist team, working in properties which house vulnerable individuals with care and support needs. We pride ourselves in providing quality, customer focus, repairs which we get right first time. This is a rewarding role which offers the chance to make a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a variety of joinery repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied domestic properties
  • Complete repairs efficiently and to a high standard
  • Work independently and manage your workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a respectful and professional approach
  • Ensure work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations and standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Joiner (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
  • Strong joinery skills, with the ability to carry out other basic trade tasks
  • Proven experience as a multi skilled operative in a similar environment
  • Have experience supporting or working around people with additional needs
  • Can communicate sensitively and respectfully
  • Understand the importance of safeguarding and professional boundaries
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing workload
  • Full UK driving licence
