What you’ll be doing

As a Field Engineer, you’ll provide both remote and on-site IT support, ensuring colleagues and customers stay connected and productive. You’ll:

  • Deliver on-site technical support, including hardware installation, maintenance, and decommissioning
  • Support and maintain networks, Wi-Fi, connectivity, and end-user devices
  • Work with customer-facing technologies such as CCTV, access control, and assistive tech
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to resolve faults and coordinate site visits
  • Provide updates and excellent service to end users
  • Support the wider Service Desk team when needed

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with Service Desk or IT Support experience who is ready to take the next step. You’ll have:

  • Experience working in an IT Service Desk or technical support environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows devices and modern IT systems
  • Hands-on experience in hardware installs and field-based support
  • Familiarity with ticketing/call logging systems

  • Confidence working independently on-site and managing your workload
