We’re looking for a Compliance Contracts Officer to join our dedicated team and play a vital role in delivering landlord compliance across our property portfolio.

About the Role

As a Compliance Contracts Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our compliance operations, ensuring that our homes meet all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will:

  • Oversee the delivery of landlord asset compliance programmes, including Fire Safety, Water Hygiene, Asbestos, LOLER, and other essential inspections.
  • Monitor compliance performance, identify risks and take proactive steps to resolve non-compliance issues.
  • Support procurement processes, manage contracts and ensure contractors deliver high-quality, safe services.
  • Carry out inspections and assist with refurbishment, maintenance and repair projects.
  • Produce clear, auditable reports to demonstrate compliance and inform decision-making.

Your work will directly contribute to the safety and wellbeing of thousands of customers across our communities.

About You

  • Experience in landlord compliance, contract procurement and contractor management.
