Lettings Assistant – Part Time Nottingham £12,162 – £14,284 per annum Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and helping people find their next home? Join our dynamic Lettings Team at NCHA! As a part-time Lettings Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering our vision of More Homes, Great Services, and Better Lives. You’ll support the Lettings Team in the allocation of NCHA properties, ensuring minimum void times, sustainable tenancies, and communities while providing the best possible customer experience. Why Join Us? Impactful Work: You’ll support lettings across 32 Local Authority areas, ensuring customers find their perfect home. Flexibility: Work from our modern Clifton office at least 2 days a week and enjoy the option to work from home for the remaining half day. Training and Development: Receive hands-on training from our Lettings Senior Assistant and team members. Who We’re Looking For * Experience in a customer-focused role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Well-organised, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in IT, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, and keen to learn property advertising platforms. * A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards learning lettings processes. Key Responsibilities * Advertise void properties and minimise re-let times. * Respond to customer enquiries and support with tenancy terminations, allocations, and lettings processes. * Maintain accurate records and produce reports as needed to support the team. * Collaborate with your Lettings Team colleagues to meet KPIs and deliver excellent customer experiences.
