About the role
We’re looking for a forward‑thinking and highly motivated Team Manager to lead our busy Work Planning & Organisational Support team within Property Services. In this key operational role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our repairs and maintenance service runs like clockwork. You’ll oversee a dedicated team of work schedulers who ensure jobs are planned accurately, allocated efficiently and delivered with great customer focus. From supporting our in‑house trade teams to coordinating external contractors, you’ll help us maximise productivity and keep customers at the heart of everything we do.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience managing a large work‑planning or dispatch team
- A proven ability to deliver efficient, customer‑centred scheduling services
- Confidence working in a fast‑moving environment and making decisions under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload
- Knowledge of repairs or building services (helpful, but not essential!)
