We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Property Services team within NCHA’s Business Services Department. Your work will directly support the operatives and teams who help to ensure our customers receive timely, high‑quality repairs and services.

Property Services is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of our housing stock. As an integral part of this team, you will provide a reliable and efficient administration service and be ready to get involved in a variety of tasks.

What you’ll be doing

  • Processing stock requisitions for operatives and liaising with external suppliers
  • Handling and recording invoices from various departments
  • Managing recharges and processing permission requests
  • Updating and maintaining compliance records
  • Raising and progressing work tickets

You’ll be part of a busy environment where accuracy, teamwork and good communication make a real difference.

  • Confident and approachable, with the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities and working to deadlines
  • Competent in Microsoft applications, especially Word and Excel
