Who we need & What you'll bring
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented administrator to provide essential support within our thriving Sixth Form. High Pavement Sixth Form is part of Nottingham College, and our campus is located in the heart of the City Centre. We offer GCSE's and A Levels in more than 25 subjects for 14-18-year-olds.
As our Sixth Form Administrator you will have experience of working in a busy office with proven excellent personal, administrative, and organisational skills. You will:
• Plan and prioritise own workload, meet and set deadlines using initiative
• Demonstrate accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Have good communication and excellent customer service skills to work effectively with students, teachers, management, parents and other stakeholders
• Help with student enquiries and provide support for events within the Sixth Form that may involve some evening events (max 8 per year)
• Work cooperatively with the Sixth Form Operations Co-ordinator and Senior Management
