You will design, develop and maintain high-quality work experience opportunities for learners with SEND, including overseeing the two-day-a-week Pre-Internship placements to ensure they are purposeful and progression-focused.
You will build strong employer partnerships, prepare learners for work, and monitor progress while safeguarding and promoting inclusive practice across all activities.
